DRANK THE GOLD

In these classes you will learn how to hold your instrument, create pitches, and control your bow. Topics will include simple scales, bowing rhythms, and how to sound out your favorite melodies by ear.

Class will meet on Monday evenings from 7:00pm - 8:15pm

April 5, 12, 19 & 26

This class goes month to month and will continue as interest dictates.

The workshop will be taught on the Zoom internet platform. Instructions for accessing the online course will be sent to you by email the week before class begins.

Scholarships, including instruments, are available.

All classes are recorded for your review and practice. They are stored on Vimeo in a password protected archive for you to use in perpetuity. 

In this course we will apply what we learned in the step by step approach to basic guitar techniques, chords, and rhythms. Now it is time to play and sing some of our favorite folk songs. 

Open to new students and returning students who are able to form basic chords like C, F, G, D, A & E.
